"Highly Recommended"

I attended the Centre on Saturday 2nd July and must commend the staff for their friendly, professional approach from reception through to discharge. As I was unable to take sedation for the colonoscopy (due to a sleep apnoea condition), I was very apprehensive about the operation, but it was made perfectly clear that I was in charge regarding stopping the procedure at any point. In the event, I managed ok with regular checks from the surgeon and nurses to ensure I was not in pain or unable to continue. After the procedure, I was given adequate time to recover and given full advice on contact numbers etc if I needed any assistance on returning home. One of the staff telephoned my home a couple of days later to check all was ok. So from my experience, I can highly recommend the Will Adams Centre and their excellent team.
