"Introduction of a numbered queue system"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

We highly recommend some kind of numbered queing system. For example 3 categories of seriousness and then a number. That way you would have a much better idea about progress. Then you would show the numbers on the screens. Now we were told after 30 min, it would be at least another hour. 90 min later, it was still at least one more hour... the receptionist also said 4 people before us, but we are still sitting here and at least 6 people have been called in. Most likely in different categories of seriousness. We don't mind waiting, but it would be very helpful to get a better sense of progress. Thanks for reading this.
