"Very helpful - first class"

Been to my GP, waited weeks, been to other services all right if you want a cup of tea and a hug, but did not resolve how to deal with PTSD issues
Went to Talking Shop, brilliant referred and given an appointment within two weeks, follow up very good and within the area I live.
However, like all NHS services it is understaffed and overworked, but gives a very good service.
