"Appointment at Outpatients Clinic2"

I had an appointment with a Consultant who had given up their annual leave to cover for a colleague who was off sick. Firstly this level of commitment should be acknowledged and praised.

The Consultant was incredibly thorough and sympathetic and made me feel completely at ease and reassured. They were very friendly yet incredibly professional. They provided me with all the information I needed and helped me to understand everything thoroughly.

Too many times I hear negativity about the NHS and level of care, but yesterday I left Ealing hospital reassured and happy in the knowledge that we have really great people in our National Health Service.

To add, I can honestly say that all the nurses and reception staff were incredibly helpful, efficient, informative and friendly!

Well done everybody and thank you very much!
