"Outstanding care and consideration given at..."

I have just returned after a one night stay following a choose & book shoulder procedure at Circle Bath.The lasting impression is one of being treated so courteously right from the outset from the welcoming desk to my departure. I would like to mention those people who are a credit to their profession and certainly follow Circle's policy of the patient coming first. My first nurse did much to put me at ease: as did the anaesthetist and Consultant and the porter who took me in for the op.

My nurse on recovery was so affirming.

My overnight team and the person in charge of my food all absolutely fantastic.

They do this all day but never once forgot s was the first time for me, the patient.. My physio next morning , very clear explanation as to what would happen next and going thro rehab exercises was excellent in manner and knowledge. The discharge nurse in morning sunny disposition and all procedures explained.

The whole process was as stress free as could be - fantastic food and room made me feel like I was in a hotel.

In a world where complainants often shout loud - I feel it is so important to say well done to the whole team.
