What I liked

On entrance to the childrens A&E, very clean and welcoming environment, receptionist was very nice, along with nurse who assessed my son initially before seeing the doctor. Also doctor was fantastic with my toddler and put him at ease along with myself. I came out with a better understanding of what was wrong with my little boy. I was extremely impressed with the member of staff who entertained the childrens waiting room with endless bubbles n balloons. A very big pat on the back to you all.

What could be improved

Visited night before and waiting time was 4 hours, which is a very long time to wait with a poorly toddler. Our visit the following day in the afternoon was much betta, also on this day, almost every car parking ticket machine was out of use so had to walking quite some way in order to find one working, thankfully had my son's nanna on board to wait with him in car, otherwise it would have been a nightmare.

Anything else?

I seriously don't want to be visiting you again soon but if within the near future I come across any medical difficulties with my son, this will be the first place I will attend. Royal Oldham hospital really need to take a leaf out of your book and get their acts together in cleanness and in dealing with young children.
