nurses were very polite and understanding

What could be improved

more communication between doctor and patient,poor food,car parking,

my dad was admitteded to hospital and was treated very poorly he had a caterer who was very abrupt and snap at him just because he asked for a cup of tea would like to know how we can complain about this
