Came in for full knee replacement. From booking in to discharge treated with nothing but respect. Made to feel at ease at all stages. Had previously attended joint school which was a great help in knowing what was to happen and what was required from me. After the operation taken to ward 3 alpha . The care from the nursing staff was outstanding in every respect, nothing was too much trouble and your comfort was paramount. Cleanliness was of a very high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend this team.
The only downside was on discharge very often there was a long wait for your prescription to be processed by the pharmacy.
This meant you left thinking I had to wait ages for my tablets instead of what a fantastic job the nursing staff had done.
