I've attended the clinic for over 20 years and never encountered a problem phoning to make an appointment, cancel an appointment or check date or time...but oh dear what a nightmare the new system is..it doesn't even offer podiatry..and if you hold no one answer's as all lines are busy..please please go back to the old system! As they say if it ain't broke don't fix it!
