"Incredibly dismissive, impatient, unsympathetic..."

I visited the haematology department for a blood test last week and was not happy with the service I received at all, I have a needle phobia and the phlebotomist who did my blood test was incredibly rude and not sympathetic at all. Because they were in a hurry to get me out of there they left me with a badly nicked vein which was very painful and has bruised a ridiculous amount- hence the reason I have a needle phobia, thanks to people like them. I think your staff need to be reviewed.
