"Rude indifferent and confrontational staff."

I have nothing positive to say about hillside, staff were brusque to the point of rudeness, made no effort to update relatives and next of kin. They were requested to refer my mother to hospital clinics but never did resulting in weeks of delays. Totally unprofessional
