"Breast clinic"

I have to thank all the staff I came into contact with when attending Breast clinic in May 2016 in fact every member of staff from the main reception to other staff not involved in Breast clinic were exceptional.

The seating area is airy and comfortable, refreshments and cold water available, my appointment was on time, I was referred onto both ultra sound and mamogram that day where again the above was the case.

Everyone I met was so friendly and supporting at a time when I was extremely anxious and frightened. They were reassuring and exceptionally kind.

Everything was explained and time taken to explain.

I returned for a second visit and it was the same as the first time, so impressed.

I work for the NHS and as staff we do not always make the best patients.
