"Nothing"

About: St Mary's Hospital (Manchester)

(as a relative),

What I liked

Nothing

What could be improved

Everything

Anything else?

My little grandson was born at St. Mary's and has PVL MRSA. The staff from day one were treating him with IV Antibiotics but kept saying it was just a precaution as the results may be just a contaminant. I think it is appalling. Neither his mum or dad have any skin lesions so they are now looking towards a member of staff in delivery on the day he was born. For a new hospital it is a disgrace and has caused our family a lot of heartache. I would seriously think twice about giving birth at St. Mary's.
