What I liked

Clinical staff and doctors have always been excellent and helpful. The Lady I spoke with in the PALS department was helpful but couldn't assist further as she couldnt find my consultant listed or the correct phone numbers.

What could be improved

The clerical back-end of the hospital does not seem to function. Missing appointments, unable to get through to the required department and last year cancelled clinic without informing patients. Following the new hospital move, appointment not sent, no estimate of when appointment will be sent and cannot get through to the correct departments. Even my GP has been unable to get a positive answer from the hospital in this respect.

Senior hospital management need to wake up to some of the comments on this website.
