I was extremely pleased with the treatment I received from all the staff when I visited the day surgery unit at St.Albans hospital on 21 June 2016 for a small surgical procedure The whole team were so professional from entering the reception to leaving the hospital after my surgery. On the ward all the nurses were so polite and helpful always making sure I was comfortable and very well catered for.

The nurse who would be taking care of me made my stay a good experience they made time to explain everything in detail so that I knew the exact order of my procedure My treatment was excellent, I would have no hesitation in recommending this department to friends and family should anyone require such treatment.

The staff at every opportunity made sure who I was and why I was there, leaving nothing to chance which meant no room for any error this was so reassuring for me. I was confident I was always in safe hands from the nursing staff to the surgeon Well done to the Trauma & Orthopaedic team - brilliant , thank you
