I had a total hip replacement three days ago and have been home for a day. The whole experience of Wansbeck hospital has been excellent. All the staff were very attentive and caring, and treated me as an individual rather than as a set of symptoms. Nothing was too much trouble.

Some of the medication I was given on discharge did not agree with me, so I phoned the ward and got an immediate response, advice and reassurance.

Throughout my stay everything was clearly explained to me, so I knew exactly what was happening and why;I was treated with dignity at all times and was listened to.

Thanks to everyone for looking after me so well. Ward 7 , and the theatre staff are all stars!! Thank you do much.
