From the initial diagnostic interview with the Surgeon. Confidence was established immediately ;whilst awaiting date of operation communications were very efficient ;on day of admittance -Smiles all round -just perfect for one who had not experienced invasive surgery before. ;pre-Op procedure cemented by anesthetist and executed by team in a calm ,professional manner yet again instilling confidence in a successful outcome ! Post Op recovery team superb!

Delivery to ward efficient and further care exemplary, Quiet, calm efficiency emanating pure professionalism ! No wonder this hospital will go from strength to strength ! My 2nd knee Operation beckons: there is no doubt who will be performing the surgery -so near to perfection especially when the surgeon follows up post op personally !
