I accessed the general practitioner at this service yesterday and saw a doctor at very short notice.
The service is based at a centre which deals with many socio-econimic issues and it was very busy.
I was second to last to be seen.
The doctor was, polite, courteous to my needs as a patient and diligently treated me with the utmost respect throughout the consultation.
I got the treatment that I needed urgently to manage an on-going condition that I have mostly treated myself since an incident occurring in August of last year.
I have given five stars to all options on the review, however, I do not understand what the last statement about "Same-sex accommodation" means as it is not relevant to the particular service that is provided at this location.
I have given five stars to the selection for staff co-operation, although to the best of my knowledge, there was only one member of NHS staff working at the building for the day.
Please pass on a huge thank you to the doctor that saw me for her time.
"Really amazing general practitioner!"
