"An excellent service"

I injured my ankle yesterday and was concerned I may have broken it so needed some advice. I chose to come to Finchley walk in centre rather than Barnet A&E, and I am so glad I did.

The receptionist was friendly and welcoming and I didn't have to wait long before I saw a nurse practitioner who arranged an X-ray.

I waited about 45 minutes after the X-ray to see another excellent nurse who looked at the X-ray and gave me advice about treatment.

I arrived at 8.00am and left at 10.30am after being seen.

The whole process was smooth and as pleasant as a trip to hospital can be.

All the staff I dealt with were very professional and knowledgeable. I feel I was treated with dignity and respect.

Thank you all so much!
