I arrived with a 15yr old who was in my care, she was assesed then we were left waiting and waiting aparently on a phone call, after 12 hours of waiting in a n e with still no answers we were taken to a show ward, a bed for the yp a chair for me, nobody asked if I had any health needs of already spent 12 hours on hard chairs waiting I have a bad back and was recently widnes of work vexatious of it,

I asked could I also elsewhere the and the answer was no, I slept on the hospital floor next to a bed in my clothes issuing my handbag as a pillow till a nurse eventually brought me a blanket and pillow, no one asked if I was OK, I work and pay my taxes so I pay for my care I don't visit ane often this visit was through my employers,,
