"Disabled toilets"

Visited my brother with my elderly and very frail mother. On needing the toilet I found only one dedicated disabled toilet with appropriate grab handles in the whole block - and that had no light working. Larger cubicles in main ladies toilets only have space but nothing to hold onto!!
I found this unbelievable in such a large and busy hospital. Please put more grab rails in!
