From the moment I arrived I felt like I had been treated like royalty. I went to the wrong department and a Doctor spotted me struggling to walk, the doctor immediately went off to find me a wheel chair and an ambulance person to wheel me to the right department. On entering the

Endoscopy department the treatment I received from the receptionist, to the many nurses and the Doctor were exemplary. The were kind thoughtful, answered all my questions and made my whole visit such a pleasant experience.

These people are worth their weight in gold. Well done Royal Berkshire hospital
