"staff at the Breast Unit are exceptional"

I had to attend a routine procedure that involved a needle and being highly sensitive had a hard time coping with it. The staff showed me so much patience and understanding, they made me feel at ease and talked me through everything that needed to happen. They gave me options for how to handle the situation and treated me with respect even though they have probably done the procedure hundreds of time and in hindsight it really wasn't a big deal. Highly professional and humane - they made all the difference. Thank you!
