I can't praise the doctors and staff of the cardiology unit enough.

I suffered a heart attack in May 2016 and from the minute I stepped into A&E unto the minute I left, I had nothing but the very best treatment.

Everything from an angiogram at Basildon hospital, to electrocardiograms, echocardiogram and CT scans were all carried out with minimum waiting time, professionalism and kindness.

Even now that I am home, they are still looking after me with follow up appointments and a cardiac rehabilitation course.
