"Treatment by the doctor & staff @ the..."

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent treatment afforded to me by the doctor and their staff at the Amersham Hospital Dermatology Unit on the occasion (11th May '16) of my basal cell carcinoma excision and subsequent post-operative care.

Special mention is given to the compassionate and exemplary professional assistance provided by two members of staff.

I was made to feel that I was receiving ultra-special and personally unique care and and attention by the team.

They were all very much aware of the anxiety and apprehension I was experiencing prior to my operation, as well as the extreme pain likely to be felt from the local anaesthetic injection. Pre-empting and handling my concern and reaction was professionalism in its extreme.

The unassuming knowledge and quiet utter confidence emanating from the doctor's and the other team members' vast experience and expertise was almost palpable.

All these comments apply to the earlier consultation (16th April '16) with the doctor and to the post-operation treatment.

All administrative matters, eg booking, confirming and changing appointments etc., were handled with the utmost efficiency.
