Receptionist unhelpful. Am a disabled patient, no appointment in 3 hours, told me to go away and come back again. Suggested another proper walk in centre. Inflexible, unhelpful and quiet life type. Service inflexible and unapologetically poor service. I can't be said to be proud if this arm of he NHS.
