"Kept in dark, doctor never listened"

About: The Great Western Hospital

Still in the dark no proper answer still unsure doctor would not listen more interested in listening to them self. I explained one of my problems, they say it's common side effect of the medication, but I explained I had problem 2 years before medication, their explanation was side affect of medication. How can this be when I was not on the medication, unbelievable they would not listen waste of time still in dark and don't know if I have to keep taken meds of not, they never said. It was as if they wanted to finish early and get the last patients gone. Unbelievable
