What I liked

I was a patient in Tye Green Ward for a week after surgery.Although this was not a gynaeIogical ward, I was fortunate enough to be allocated a side room,which afforded me the privacy and dignity to recover. The nursing staff were absolutely fantastic.Apart from being extremely efficient, they were a super, caring, likeable group of people, who went above and beyond what was expected of them.

My surgeon inspired confidence right from the consultation stage. After surgery, they attended the ward to re-assure me that the operation had went well and I was recovering well.

I should also mention that the cleaning staff were superb. My room was spotless,and thoroughly cleaned with a smile,every day.

I have been pleasantly surprised and humbled by my experience at the PAH.
