"Excellent care at Radcliffe on Trent Health Centre"

Having only used the GP practice a handful of times since we moved to the area 5 years ago I've had reason to visit 3 times in the past month.

Each visit I have been so impressed by the team, right from the reception and admin team to the doctors. I've seen a different doctor each time (Dr Marwick, Dr Brown and Dr Ekwuru) and all 3 of them couldn't have been any kinder. Each took the time to listen to me and take appropriate action (referral to hospital for me with Bell's palsy and medicated cream for my newborn baby with nasty eczema) and just showed really caring attitudes.

I work in the NHS and know first hand the pressure our services are under, but each interaction I've had with the practice has impressed me so much with the ethos they clearly have to look after their patients with care and compassion..

So thank you all, for squeezing me in when I'm sure you were due a break instead, for making sure my newborn baby got seen the same day when he needed it and that I got referred quickly to hospital when I developed Bell's palsy, and for patiently answering my 3 year olds questions rather than rushing us straight out the door!

You're a fantastic team and I feel very lucky to live in this area to access you when I need you, thank you!
