"Missed appointment"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I missed my appointment, I just forgot, I phoned up 2 hrs 21 minutes after my time and was told I'd been discharged for not attending( so my heart condition and pain just go away do they)my point I've waited longer passed my appointment time then that but no that's not important, I phoned up and because I'm angry( no swear words, raised voice but not shouting)I'm being aggressive and threatening, I ask if I'd lied and made an excuses would I have got a different outcome, worked at this hospital and raised funds for it but hey be late for an appointment and your health doesn't matter.

I am awaiting 4 other operations.

What could be improved? Notification of appointment 24 hours prior.
