"Excellent care and friendly staff"

I torn the tendon in my finger at work yesterday. I attended the A&E department last night and was treated by a nurse. They were extremely friendly and helpful. They referred me to the plaster department today for a better treatment. A member of staff from the plaster department put a new splinter onto my finger today. They were also very friendly. I would like to praise both of them.
