About: North Devon District Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

Went for "top & tail" endoscopy at Barnstaple Hospital. The Staff were friendly, efficient and professional. They put patient comfort and wellbeing first and were able to answer all my questions. Couldn't fault the staff in this department in anyway they were great. Special mention to nurse Deryn who made sure I understood the whole procedure and explained in detail what would, could and couldn't happen.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments on the website. I was very pleased to learn you had such a positive experience during your visit to the Endoscopy unit at NDDH, and that everything was explained so clearly to you during your treatment, and that you were looked after so well.

I have forwarded on your very kind comments to the department manager where they will be gladly recieved, and shared with the relevant staff.
