I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the practise nurse tonight who was on duty in the out of hours surgery. They made a visit with my 3 year old painless. They had such a friendly and welcoming personality and made sure they didn't rush through the examination. Which in turn meant my little girl stayed happy. They engaged with my daughter and even had her smiling and giggling. Thank you for all you did. You are such an asset to the NHS.
