What I liked

Consultant insulting arrogant to cover up lack of knowledge, upper management diplomatic polite but ineffectutual about sacking poor staff,nurse patient ratios in ward very poor,army nurses and SOME doctors very commited and knowledgeable.I have been waiting now 17 months (since Dec 08) for specialist care with no sight of seeing a specialist consultant even though I am almost blind,disabled and have fits everyday.What happened to the 6 week waiting targets? 30 % of staff very commited and good.Parking very bad due to poor real estate decisions.Beware if you are a patient unable to look after your own care..they discharge you before care is complete to get your bed!!

What could be improved

Better patient nurse ratios

Better care managers for vunerable patients

Needs futher capacity to meet demand

Stop discharging patients before they are well enough to go home!!!

Anything else?

Expand coffee shop at main entrance as demand outstrips supple of tables
