Appalling Service at clinic Appointment times are never on time don't mind waiting 10 -15 minutes but 1hr20 is a joke before you've even seen a nurse or Dr - appointment times not improved in the last 3 yrs that iv been coming..
Maybe when they over run they can honour your parking fee...
