I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the kindness and care that my mum, who is 82, received when she went to the acute cardiac and stroke receiving unit at Wycombe Hospital on Monday.
The staff were extremely kind and thoughtful. They accommodated my mum's additional needs - and mine! with tact and professionalism. Overall, despite her condition, it was a very positive experience. Thank you so much. I am beyond grateful.
