"Another patients personal records in my file!"

Waited 6 hours to go to theatre with no explanation of the delay.

No porters (all gone home) to bring patient back to room.

Took a nurse 15 minutes to respond to the buzzer.

When 2 nurses were asked to help the patient who was in extreme pain 1 said "im not on duty yet"

& the other said "she's not my patient" then walked off so no duty of care!

In the patients records were someone else's personal details & records so a breach of confidentiality!

Dreadful experience at the woodthorpe.
