Information recorded incorrect,TWINS both born 11.59,incorrect,only one weight,incorrect,not N H S numbers for over two weeks,had to ask.Midwife who did incorrect input to computer,is only one allowed to change it.Given pain killers not recorded.Pain information incorrect.Only one midwife for clinic and ward.Sorry i could go on but what is the point,nothing gets done.
