What I liked
Doctors and admin staff in outpatients dept were friendly.
What could be improved
Better signposting to outpatients would be a good idea, as it is on the 2nd floor.
Anything else?
Outpatients dept was bright (skylights above) but busy. Magazines available and toys for children.
