"Professional and caring staff"

I was admitted to A & E with abdominal pains and had a range of tests and x rays. Every member of staff was totally professional and caring. My diagnosis was discussed with me thoroughly and clearly, with ample opportunity for me to ask questions.

The department was incredibly busy, although I guess this is the norm, but at no time did I feel I had been "forgotten about" or hurried.
