"Excellent efficient caring service."

Last week to see my doctor. I was seen in a totally acceptable waiting time. I was able to discuss the three topics I needed to discuss. One was a possible change of tablet. That was dealt with straightaway. The second was to discuss a certain amount of breathlessness. I was given two forms to have an X-ray and blood test at St Thomas'. My home is about a 20/25 minute walk to St Thomas'. Within twenty five minutes of arriving at the hospital I had had both the X-ray and the blood test. A week later I received a letter from the Hurley Clinic saying that the results were in and I was asked to phone the surgery to make an appointment for a doctor to phone me back. This I did and the doctor phoned me giving me the results in a manner I could totally understand. The one thing I needed to question was dealt with. From start to finish I received excellent, thoughtful care.

I have been a patient at the Hurley Clinic for over 25 years. Even though once to twice I have had to wait for an appointment the service has always been excellent, polite and efficient. Thank you.
