"Gastrospocy Procedure"

About: Boston NHS Treatment Centre

The gastroscopy procedure took place on 6th. June From the start of the visit the staff were very friendly and pleasant. When questions were asked there was always an explanation of why they wanted to know and always gave a full account of what to expect. The actual procedure went very well. There was no real discomfort and it was very quickly completed. The report was handed to me and explained.. Unfortunately there was a small delay before the procedure, but I was provided with the Guardian to keep me occupied. That was a nice thought and much appreciated.

The only slight criticism is that the calling of patients in the waiting area is sometimes difficult to hear because of the telephone and the general chatter. Some voices do not carry across the room very well. A better system would help. Amplifier?.
