"Patient care"

I have been with the practice for many years. There have been lots of changes but the thing that has stayed the same is the care and support of all staff at the surgery. I could go on to give very positive feedback about the G. P. 's who have treated me in the past. Today, however, I was very struck by the care, sympathy and genuine help given by Cheryl to a new patient joining the practice. The patient seemed quite vulnerable, but Cheryl made sure the patient knew exactly what she needed to do. She also made sure the patients documents went safely into her bag. Reception in my view do a really good job.
