"perscriptions only taken at set times, has the world gone mad?"

i have to regularly get my prescriptions form my doctors surgery,but for some reason, you can only ring betweem 12p.m and 4 p.m. cant really understand the logic, its not as though i am interupting any service, as it is a receptionist. temple cowley health centre, have you got new management in? well in my opinion i would sack them for making no sense and ludicrous ideas.has the world started to go mad? well i will let you be the judges of that conundrum, yours s. f. from oxon
