"Couldn't have done more to help me"

Went as an emergency today sent by my optician. Have severe mental health problems and was not able to get a carer to come with me at such short notice. Explained this at reception who passed it on to the nurse, who gave me a chair to sit outside away from the crowds and kept checking on me. The nurse fast tracked me through too. They really could not do enough to help make it easier for me. Was given a really thorough examination before seeing the doctor. The doctor was excellent, got to the root of the problem very quickly and sent me away with drops to return in three days. Very impressed by both their professionalism and their compassion.
