I am awating the result of a CT angio - after waiting what seemed to me a more than reasonable time for me or my GP to receive a report, I h=phoned to enquire.
Apparently a relevant staff member is on holiday but " anyway there is a two and a half week delay in typing up reports"
The CQC flagged this area - why does management allow this to occur
