"A hospital like they all should be!"

About: Wharfedale Hospital

I can't claim to know every member of staff at this hospital or even know how they themselves are treated or even the infinite details about the organisation of their busy schedule, etc. but in my experience at the Endoscopy ward last week, I would sincerely like to thank everyone involved in my care on the day of my (painful) tests. The staff were simply wonderful. Human beings to human beings experience, unlike to Leeds St James' hospital (careless and robotic-like, which I hope never to set foot in again). St James's Directors and staff could learn a thing or two from their colleagues at the Wharfedale hospital.

I was however concerned to read of your experience at St James Hospital, the experience you have described is not the level of service that we wish to offer.
