"A&E visit"

About: Dr Gray's Hospital / Emergency Medicine

(as a parent/guardian),

Referred by GP as 6yo daughters butterfly (the back part of her earring) was inside her earlobe and GP was unable to remove it! Staff at the A&E dep at Dr Grays were amazing, can not fault the care my daughter received. The nurses and Drs were patient, caring and did everything they could to make the removal as easy and pain free as possible.

Dear Bubble9999,

Thank you very much indeed for taking the time to post your feedback on Patient Opinion

Staff will be delighted to hear what a great job they are doing. Your wee girl must have been very frightened and you must have been so worried for her.

NHS Grampian aims to deliver a high standard of person-centred care to every patient everytime and it is great to hear that we achieved our aim for your family.

Many thanks again,
