"Poor Care"

I had a terrible time in A & E no pain relief for over an hour! ! ! while they stood about laughing - then transferred to Huntsman ward 2, left with no pain relief AGAIN while nurse walks off starts chatting to her colleagues about facebook for over 40 mins I am waiting AGAIN in agony) watching this. Bowel Doctors rarely seen and didn't diagnose my issues I had to go to London after this where I was diagnosed properly) and where pain relief is addressed FIRST! ! I felt like the staff didn't know about the basics of Patient care.
