We were in and out of the dept within 3 hours. Dad was treated with respect, dignity and care at every opportunity. Every member of staff we came into contact with treated him the same and made sure that we were all kept informed about what was going on.
Dad suffers from MSA and is in a wheelchair but nothing was too much trouble for them. The staff turned a stressful time into a trouble free experience and we left feeling we had had nothing but the best treatment.
